Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if a guest cannot join us for their scheduled appointment. Otherwise, we charge 100% of the reservation made to the credit card on file. We do not provide refunds for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your service. If arrival is delayed, service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value. If you fail to show for you appointment, the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
